SDSU Children's Center feels the Green Love Posted by administrator

SDSU's theme of “Red and Black going Green” is still moving full speed ahead. In 2009 SDSU students voted on the Enhance, Evolve, Innovate referendum to increase student fees so that they could create study abroad scholarships, law services, week long Earth Day celebration a.k.a. GreenFest, a botanical garden and the Green Love Board. The Green Love Board is made up of students who have started many progressive programs like a Green Lunch Bag Series, Sustainability Educational Awareness Campaign, implemented ZipCar and Zimride over the past year. These students have completed many projects and are very proud to announce that the structure for the Children's Center solar PV was completed in August. SDSU provides students, faculty and staff a child care that is relaxed and has an amazing atmosphere.
